Services: The client asks to consume the following services: relocation, business and strategy consultation, assistance with the applications for residence permit in Berlin, Germany, translation between English and German and mediation of the German system. The client is aware to the fact, that the contractor is not a lawyer, but provides relocation services, and cannot commit to the success of the process.
Decision making: The contractor will consult the client according to her professional experience. All decisions will be made by the client.
The German Law: the process will be made according to the German law, disputes will be settled in the court in Berlin, Germany. The client is aware to the fact that all advice and consultations will be made according to the law. The contractor will not support any illegal activity.
Payment: payment will be calculated either according to time or as a service package. Payment will be made either in cash at the end of appointments, or via bank transfer. In case of a bank transfer payment, the client is kindly asked to transfer the payment as quickly as possible, and not later than 14 days from the issuing date of the invoice, unless stated differently in the service agreement.
Cooperation: The client acknowledges that the success of the project does not depend entirely on the contractor and her professional specialty but also on the collaboration and filling of the professional and organizational requirements through the client.
Deadlines: The client obligates to provide the contractor with the required documents within one month from the date of contract. The contractor may stop the project in case that documents will not be provided within this given period. Payments that were sent by the client will not be reimbursed in such a situation.
Cancellations: The client will be charged for one working hour in cases of cancellations within a notice of 48 hours or shorter. Appointments made for Monday can be cancelled until Friday at 16:00 without charge. In case of a service package, short term cancellations according to the conditions stated above will be deducted from the amount of appointments given to the client according to the agreement. Such situations might cause further payments.
Notifications regarding changes: Since we live in a changing reality, the requirements of governmental offices for certain procedures might change from time to time. The contractor does not commit to update the client regarding changes that were brought to her attention. The client must actively ask regarding changes in their procedure.
Confidentiality: The contractor commits for confidentiality regarding the information that was given to her during projects and consultation's processes. Personal information of the client will only be forwarded to third parties with a written confirmation from the client. Publishing bits of information regarding the client will be only made with their confirmation.
Service: The contractor keeps the right to decline certain cases.
Availability: The usual response time for emails is 2 business days. We are not working on evenings, weekends and public holidays, clients are asked to organize themselves accordingly.
Means of communications: Our main mean of communication is email. Therefore, the contractor will not commit to offering services, advise and consultation via phone or text messages. The client knows our email communication is not secured.
Employees, contractors and partners: The Client accepts the fact that their materials and the gathered Information about them is accessible to our employees and contractors for the purpose of processing your applications and requests. Those have signed a confidentiality agreement before they started working.
